TQ, established in 2004, has evolved from a product design and development 'design house' to a fully fledged international product design and manufacturing company with design and development offices in UK and toolmaking, electronics and manufacturing facilities in Shenzhen, China.
Custom product manufacturing was the logical next step for TQ since it combines our UK product design consultant, UK mechanical engineering, Chinese electronic product design, Chinese injection mould toolmaking and Chinese product manufacturing expertise into one best-value package with a single entity for the complete responsibility of the product's design, development and manufacture.
TQ also acts as a contract electronics manufacturer and OEM manufacturing company for clients who wish to develop specialist low volume products away from their mainstream product lines; for instance test instrumentation for vehicles or products that are outside the mainstream expertise of the client company.
Some projects are migrations from competitor Chinese product manufacturers who are either too large for effective project management of smaller, more specialised projects or simply do not maintain the necessary quality procedures to make custom manufactured products.
