TQ was founded by Adam Stephenson and Brian Allars, who have worked together since 1987 as HDS Design Consultants.
Over a 25 year period HDS completed over 250 design projects.
In response to client’s needs, they formed TQ as a loose collaboration between contacts in China, Taiwan and UK in 2001/2. Having learnt many lessons over the following year or two, TQ (China) Limited was formed in 2003.
