In the UK TQ is headed up by Brian Allars and Adam Stephenson, who have worked together on design and development projects for over 20 years. Between them they have a wealth of creativity and mechanical engineering knowledge in the evolution of design concepts for new products, or the re-design and development of existing ones, and developing them for manufacture.
In China our director of operations is Kin Keun Kwong, expertise in electronics hardware and software design being his specific area of product development. His in-depth knowledge has been gained from working with electronics companies in Europe and in China. Until he joined TQ, KK (as we know him) worked as technical director with a volume manufacturer of communications equipment in Shenzhen.
Our quality control manager, Merry and her team have the most important function in the manufacturing stages of every project. Merry ensures that our manufacturing facilities adheres to the quality control and manufacturing procedures develpoped by TQ since the company was formed in 2004. Liang Xing heads up our internal electronics department and is responsible for ensuring the correct functionality and performance of the Electronics hardware and software in products we manufacture for our clients.
In addition to the above, in our China office we have dedicated personnel for procurement, factory liaison and office administration. Lastly, we have affiliated members of the team; for instance Eddie Edwards is our UK tooling manager and his responsibility is to ensure that any injection moulding tools made in China for export to the UK conform to the customer's requirements in terms of tool design and performance.
