From your product concept we can generate a complete electronic solution, including hardware specification, software development, complete bill of materials (BOM), schematics and detailed circuit diagrams using our own staff and, if required, our network of approved electronics specialists in China.
Alternatively, devices can be upgraded e.g. from analog to digital or reference designs can be 'productionised' for manufacture in Chinese facility.
We also develop and manufacture to clients' own BOM and PCB (gerber) files. In all cases we generate prototype PCBA's for approval before batch production.
Our expertise includes in-depth knowledge of Windows, Win CE and Linux operating systems.
We also design and develop products that utilise communications standards such as WiFi, radio frequency (4.2) and infrared, GSM, GPRS and Bluetooth technologies.
So far we have developed solutions for specialised timer devices, retail barcode reader systems (including induction charging functionality), behaviourial training systems for children, bespoke lighting dimmers for retail lighting products, RFID modules, telephone products (including internet phones), automatic pump controllers, diagnostic instrumentation, PIR light level and occupancy detectors and more.
